In order to determine which training you need to take, you need to know what role you will be fulfilling (card/account holder, approving official, or agency/program coordinator) and for which program (purchase, travel, fleet). Once you have this information, follow the directions below to find the course that’s right for you and begin the training.

There are two ways to access the training:

  1. In the middle of the homepage you will see training headings for each of the card programs. The courses offered for that program are listed directly below each heading. (You may need to scroll down to see this section.) Click on the course that is right for you.
  2. In the top menu, click on your role (card/ account holder, approving official or agency/ program coordinator). A drop down will appear. Click on which program you wish to complete training (purchase, travel, fleet). Once you make a choice, you will be taken to the first page of the training.

You can navigate the training by clicking on the red arrow to the right of the title or by reading through the material and clicking on the link to the bottom right to move to the next page.
