How do I create a new account?

To create a new GSA SmartPay Training Account:

1. Click on "Create New Account" in the blue banner.
2. Follow the instructions and prompts for each field and save the account.
3. Click the “Create New Account” button at the bottom of the form.

What happens if my username is already taken? Usernames may be already taken when only the last or first name is used. For example, smith. If your username is already in use, an error message will be received. Please choose a unique and descriptive username when creating your account. For example, jsmith09890.
