You can reset your password by email by clicking on "Login", then the "Reset your Password" tab. A one-time use link will be sent to you, where you will be able to change your password without your current password or security question. The link you receive in the email will expire after 24 hours.
Follow the steps below to reset your password by email:
- Click Login located on the top menu of the home page.
- Click the "Reset your Password" tab.
- Enter the email associated with your GSA SmartPay Online Training account then click the Submit button. If you already have an account, you will receive an email containing a link to reset your password. If you do not receive an email within 15 minutes, you may need to create a new account. From the homepage, click on "Create new account" to begin.
Note: Double-check your SPAM folder if you do not see the reset password email in your inbox.
