If you have incorrectly guessed your user ID and password 5 times in a given time period, the system will automatically block your account. This is a security feature to prevent hackers from accessing your information. Once you are blocked, the only way to gain access is to email gsa_smartpay@gsa.gov and ask an administrator to unblock your account. To prevent this from happening in the future, try resetting your password before the 5th attempt.
How do I reset my password? You can reset your password by clicking on "Login", then the "Reset your Password" tab.
