GSA SmartPay Purchase Card Training (Cardholders)

Welcome to the GSA SmartPay 2 purchase cardholder training. This training program will teach you how to use the purchase charge card responsibly. Your agency may have additional training/restrictions on the use of the purchase charge card. For specific information on agency training/restrictions you may contact your Agency Program Coordinator (A/OPC).  An interactive quiz follows.

To print or save the training, please follow the following steps:

  3. Select a printer name to print or select “Adobe PDF” from the dropdown menu to save a copy to your computer.

The GSA SmartPay® program provides charge cards to agencies/departments throughout the U.S. government, as well as tribal governments, through master contracts that are negotiated with major national banks.
