Get started by creating an account.  This will allow you to complete the online GSA SmartPay training quizzes and download your completion certificates.

Choose a role
A valid e-mail address, official work email is preferred. All e-mails from the system will be sent to this address. The e-mail address is not made public and will only be used if you wish to receive a new password or notifications by e-mail.
Several special characters are allowed, including space, period (.), hyphen (-), apostrophe ('), underscore (_), and the @ sign.
Provide a password for the new account in both fields.
Policy Status Constraint
SmartPay Policy Fail - Password must contain at least 3 types of characters from the following character types: lowercase letters, uppercase letters, digits, special characters. Minimum password character types: 3
SmartPay Policy Fail - New role was added or existing password policy changed. Please update your password. Number of allowed repeated passwords: 3
SmartPay Policy Fail - Password length must be at least 14 characters. Password character length of at least 14 characters
SmartPay Policy Fail - Password must not contain the username. Password must not contain the user's username.
